Payment Policies

Via credit cards; We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and, American Express through out authorized retailed Paypal.

Purchase cancellation can be only possible if the petition is made in the first 24 hours after the money transference had reach to completion. The client should communicate this issue through our Contact form, indicating the product he wants to change.

Policies of consignments and returns 

Andes4you.com adjusts to the following procedures in concern of product consignments and devolution of these:

The orders will be sent to the specific address the next working day after the client had successfully received its respective order.

All the orders, are made through the services of “Serpost Peru”, in the mode of traditional packages. The costs of the delivery are included in all the prices of our products.
If you want to receive your order via EMS, the cost will be indicated in the receipt.

If the order was rejected or ignored by the client, the Courier service will communicate with you to coordinate the date of the delivery, staying for three days in the destiny place, starting the formalities for the devolution to our commercial place. If the client requires again the delivery of the order, he will have to pay all the expenses originated by the devolution.

Policies of returns
We will only accept devolution in the following cases:

Fabric defects

If the product was not the one the client asked in his order. In these cases, you have
a time of 7 days, from the reception date, to return the product into our offices. 

The product has to be in perfect conditions, not showing signs of use. Once received   and after this verification, Andes4you.com will sent, without any cost, the reposition of the solicited or, in its defect, it will reintegrate the total import in function of the payment elected form.

In any case we will admit the returns of the defective product or misunderstood deliveries, and Andes4you will assume all the delivery expenses, the reposition of the solicited, all of these when this circumstance is communicated in a time of less than 72 hours after you have received your product.

If the asked product does not arrives to your address, but was sent by Andes4you.com, the fault will be covered by an assurance in charge of the courier.

Changes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can ask for the change of other product of the same price or characteristics, all of these whilst you communicate the problem within the next 12 hours after the product has been delivered.

The expenses generated by this new order will run on the client.

To guarantee the right reception of the order, the client should sign a Proof of Delivery recognizing that the product has been received in optimal conditions. 

Refunds

The existence of the products is limited, and that they appear in the web means that they are available immediately. In the case of not counting with any of the asked products, Andes4you.com will make contact with the client to inform the lack of stock, or otherwise, indicate the new delivery order.

If we could not sort one or all the asked, we GUARANTEE AN ABSOLUTE DEVOLUTION of the value of the purchase, even when this has been debited in your paying method.

In case the purchase hasn’t been effectuated with a credit card, we will note that although the operation of reimburse is effectuated as soon as the client is notified, the environment will be reflected in the next state of your credit card.

IMPORTANT: If you are not satisfied with our product we GUARANTEE AN ABSOLUTE DEVOLUTION of the value of the purchase, even when this has been debited in your paying method.

Also, in expressive manner, Andes4you.com summits to the mediation of the “Instituto de Defensa del Consumidor”, Indecopi, of Lima (Peru) being the failure of these organisms definite and final.

If it opted for the judicial way, without going in an administrative way to the organisms mentioned in the previous paragraph to, the different (partes) will summit to the judgment and tribunals in the city of Lima (Perú).
